“Your Love” – Jakka-B & Summa Jae’s Hot New Track For Valentine’s Day!

Since time immemorial, songwriters have been asking us, what is love? Aussie artist Summa Jae, aka Steph Porter, explains that UK Hardcore track “Your Love” was actually inspired by her ever-growing adoration for Euphoric Hardstyle:

“I caught up with Jack when I visited the UK last year having fallen completely in love with the Euphoric Hardstyle sound, inspired by all the events I’d played at back home which had featured artists such as Atmozfears, Code Black and Frontliner. I was really digging the huge euphoric melodies that these guys were making. The two genres work so well together and I wanted to produce a UK Hardcore track which would work well with the Hardstyle dominated Australian audiences.“

Jack Newman, known to ravers around the world as Jakka-B, was instantly smitten with Steph’s track concept:

“I am a sucker for a soulful house vocal and when we found this particular vocal it just worked so well with the vibe we had in mind for the track. The main lead & chords were then built around the vocal. The track originally had a Hardstyle kick but as it progressed it just felt like it would work better on the dance floor with a typical bouncy UK Hardcore kick and bass, although we kept elements of the original kick to use as FX and fills throughout the track.”
