#TBT – A well deserved tribute to Psyko Punkz’ “BassBoom”

If I must get all celestial on your asses, it’s a sad, sad day for the astrological community. After a month of total mayhem, the sun is unfortunately floating out of hot-headed Aries and into boring, overly-stable Taurus (sorry, not sorry). With that said, the random month of treating yourself to 200% fun times is now over and the next month is all about focussing on your finances (and other boring, irrelevant shit).

Anyway, to lighten your spirits and get you through your Thursday, we’ve got an awesome classic that’ll put a capital B back in BOOM. Released back in 2010 on Dirty Workz, put your hands together for Psyko Punkz’ “BassBoom.” 

Featuring some of the sassiest vocals I’ve ever heard in a Hardstyle track, “BassBoom” is without a doubt one of Psyko Punkz’ most outstanding releases. Instantly placing the duo on the map, this track not only boosted their career majorly, but is still one of the most renowned releases from that era.

“BassBoom” also strongly defined the Psyko Punkz signature sound – catchy, fun and a little bit of roughness around all the right edges!
