#TBT – A well deserved tribute to Noisecontrollers’ “Shreek”
As the weeks pass and (for those up north) the winter deepens, you may find yourself rugging up in nothing more than blankets and warm memories from the long-gone summer. Meanwhile, as the temperatures drop, indoor season becomes exciting as ever and with the legendary event Qlimax right around the corner, the cold is the last thing on our minds.
Speaking of legendary, must we add that it’s Thursday, which means that it’s time to pay our respects to another defining Hard Dance hit. This time we explored deep within the vault of one of the most respected and hard-working producers. Digging up a stellar tune, we’re proud to spotlight one of Noisecontrollers’ finest productions – “Shreek.”
Dropped on Fusion Records’ catalogue alongside “Venom” and “Rushroom,” it wasn’t long until the eerie vibes of “Shreek” took the Hardstyle scene by storm. Unveiling a dark and mysterious edge in this production, devoted NC fans can vouch that this 2008 release is undoubtedly one of the shining stars within his vast discography.
“And what if two lives leaked between my thighs? I have seen the white clean chamber with its instruments.
It is a place of shrieks. It is not happy…This is where you will come when you are ready…”
