A gabber’s dream come true – Thunderdome returns to Mysteryland!
With the current uprising of the revived Thunderdome concept, it came as no surprise when tickets for this years’ edition went flying out the door at lightning speed! Now, with excitement in full force another announcement has surprised Hardcore-heads – Thunderdome will make its mark on eminent summer festival, Mysteryland!
Damn, it’s like a gabber’s wet dream come true! For those anxiously awaiting October’s celebrations, you’d be thrilled to know that you can now celebrate prematurely in August!

Thunderdome, returns to Mysteryland after a five-year hiatus as hosting partner. On both festival days, Thunderdome will bring an ode to hardcore at a perfectly curated stage. With the addition of Thunderdome, Mysteryland finalizes its impressive and diverse list of hosting partners for the 2017 edition. Tickets are available at www.ml.nl.
Mysteryland and Thunderdome go way back to 1994, with the first ever Thunderdome area during the second edition of the festival. Since then, the hardcore brand has hosted a staggering seven times at Mysteryland, from an unannounced surprise gig and the Black Box on the iconic pyramid to a real-life ‘Tunnel of Terror’. ‘The Wizard’ will again be the center of attention at the stage, where visitors can enjoy nothing but hardcore all day.
With Thunderdome, Mysteryland completes its list of hosting partners. Seventeen stages will represent all relevant genres of the electronic spectrum. Next to Thunderdome, other hosts include Spinnin’ Session, hardstyle giant Q-dance Sven Väth’s techno empire Cocoon, Mad Decent from Major Lazer head honcho Diplo, Jamie Jones’ Paradise, the Spanish confetti kings from Elrow and the world renowned British drum & bass label Hospital. On the main stage, headliners like Armin van Buuren, Deadmau5, Axwell /\ Ingrosso, Craig David presents TS5, Oliver Heldens and Yellow Claw amongst others will perform.
The line up for Thunderdome at Mysteryland will be announced later this month. Mysteryland 2017 takes place on Saturday August 26 and Sunday August 27. The camping will be open from Friday August 25 until Monday August 28.
