#TBT – A well deserved tribute to Project One’s “Art Of Creation.”

Another week passed, another festival experienced and another incredible track yet to be spotlighted. The 2016 festival season has been extra special, not only because the weather has been considerably good for two consecutive weekends, but the infamous Defqon.1’s Legends slot saw an estranged pioneer reviving his legacy on the colossal mainstage as he threw it down and embraced his roots for one last time. Yep, Headhunterz return was one of the most heart-warming moments ever experienced in this scene and will forever be engraved in our hearts.

With this in mind and the hype oh-so real, we decided to dig up one of his finest works. In collaboration with his partner-in-crime Wildstylez and under their infamous alias Project One, it’s time to spotlight one of Hardstyle’s most monumental tracks to date. Let’s give it up for our #TBT this week – “Art Of Creation” by Project One.

I think it’s safe to say that I’ve heard this track at least once at every festival I’ve visited (besides Dominator, of course) and it’s not without reason – “Art Of Creation” is one of the most iconic, influential pieces of work to exist in Hardstyle’s catalogue. It’s complex, but oh so brilliantly simple as the majestic melody takes you on a captivating trip through the universe. Released back in 2008 on “The Album,” it’s been exactly eight years since this time-transcendent number dropped like a bomb on the scene and since then it’s never been forgotten.

Long live their legacy, long live Project One.
