#TBT – A well deserved tribute to Alpha² & Wildstylez’ ‎”Atrocious”

With Q-BASE just passed and De Tijdmachine coming up this weekend, it’s all about the early Hardstyle vibes and with that in mind, I’ve decided to uncover one of my personal favourites from pre-2012. Thrown in the spotlight this week, lets show our appreciation for Alpha² and Wildstylez’ hit collaboration “Atrocious.”

Nowadays you’d never see Wildstylez name plastered across an A2 Records release, but back in 2010 this was a firm reality. Notorious for regularly collaborating with Alpha², this unlikely trio managed to create the timeless gem “Atrocious,” which is a hard, but grand piece of greatness. One thing I fell in love with in this track is the vocals that work in conjunction with the mysterious, building atmosphere that progresses to that gorgeous melody and the majestic drop.

For those who’s cravings aren’t yet satisfied, Kasparov also remixed “Atrocious,” as he cranked up the BPM and injected the already-fantastic original with some Hardcore vibes.
